Consolidation is the Company’s business core. It is accomplished and carried out with advanced and non-invasive techniques, with high efficient and long lasting (unlimited) results.
We work on the consolidation of foundations, consolidation of the ground under the foundations, and the transfer of the building load to the deepest and supporting part of the soil. These works are non invasive and they enable to save money, as everything is achieved in one procedure, without having to divide the process in different steps.

Together with the Consolidation, we also renovate modern and historical buildings. Our technical and architectural solutions enable to preserve the buildings’ original materials, and they also guarantee homogeneity and high quality results. We have also carried out interventions with the superintendence of the Italian government department responsible for monuments and historical buildings (Sovrintendenza delle Belle Arti).

Alongside the Consolidation and Renovation of buildings, we can adapt any historical building to withstand the seismic effects, in compliance with current regulations. Thanks to surveys and tests, we study the building’s exposure to seismic risks, and offer technical solutions with a good quality-price relationship.

Thanks to our know how, our technical team can provide different solutions in order to identify the most suitable procedures for each building. We follow every single phase of the work to the completion of the structural aspects, and our team also takes care of the architecture and design of the building, to satisfy the needs of the client.
